  • How is Advanced Marble & Granite different from the competitors?

    The biggest thing that sets us apart from our competitors is our use of state-of-the-art technology.  We utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to ensure precise measurements, accurate cutting, and efficient production. This technology allows for greater customization, faster turnaround times, and higher quality results compared to traditional methods used by competitors. 

    Overall, Advanced Marble & Granite differentiates itself from competitors through its integration of cutting-edge technology, extensive product range, exceptional craftsmanship, customer-centric approach, and commitment to sustainability. 

  • Do I need to make an appointment to come talk to someone at Advanced Marble & Granite?

    There is no need to make an appointment to meet with us. We are open Monday-Friday, 8-5, where we always have a member of our staff ready to talk to you about anything you may like.

  • Do we fabricate and install the material?

    Yes, we are primarily a fabricator. 

    Plan with a member of our sales staff and we can set up every step of the project from template to installation.

  • Does Advanced Marble & Granite install flooring or tile?

    We are not offering flooring or tile services at this time.

  • Does Advanced work with the general public to install personal, residential projects, or is it just commercial projects?

    Absolutely! We specialize in all projects both big and small. We’d love to help you create the home of your dreams.

  • How long is a typical wait time before installation?

    You can anticipate a wait of 10-12 business days from the date of your countertop template creation. 

  • Do we mount sinks at install?

    Our installers will mount any under mount sink on site at the time of install. 

    We do not install top mount sinks, but rather cut the hole to size to ensure your plumber can complete the job from there.

    Advanced Marble & Granite does not do any sort of plumbing.

  • What edge details do you offer?

    We have 3 standard edge options that are included, but we can always upgrade to accommodate any specific needs or requests you may have. We have these edge options on display at our main office.

  • I found a material I like more at a wholesaler, can you still fabricate and install it?

    Absolutely! We work closely with nearby wholesalers. If you find something in their showroom you prefer, let us know and we will work with them to access the material and start the installation process.

  • Do you set specific appointment times for installation?

    Due to the busy schedules of our installers, we are not able to commit to a specific appointment time. We will however, always let you know if you can expect our installers in the AM or PM - typically whatever works best for your own schedule. They will call you when they're within 30 minutes of coming your way.

  • Do you carry remnants on site? Can I buy remnant pieces from Advanced Marble & Granite?

    Yes! Remnants can be perfect for any smaller jobs or additions you may have. We have hundreds of designs to chose from, and staff that can guide you through the entire process. We welcome you to stop by any time to look through our remnant yard with one of our staff members assistance.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

    Yes, our estimates are free. We recommend stopping into our office location, located at 763 N. Ralstin St. with the rough measurements of your project, and a general idea of the material you'd like to use. We will calculate an estimate for you shortly thereafter.  

    Alternatively, a $100 template deposit can be collected to have our templating team visit the job site and gather exact dimensions to build a quote.

  • Advanced is performing our tear out. Will they disconnect our plumbing?

    Advanced Marble & Granite does not handle plumbing in any format. We can offer tear out/removal services of your existing countertops and tile (additional fee). However, all plumbing must be fully disconnected prior to our arrival.

    Please speak with your sales rep if you're looking for removal.

  • What types of materials do you offer?

    We have select slabs of both granite and quartz at our showroom location changing all the time. Stop by to see what we currently have in stock, or visit a nearby supplier to find a material we can fabricate and install for you.

  • What are your business hours?

    The showroom at our office location is open Monday-Friday,  9am-5pm. If you are coming to pick up material please do so prior to 2pm.

    Our fabrication facility is not open to the public.

  • When is payment due?

    For standard jobs, we offer you a complimentary upfront quote. To secure a place on our template schedule, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before your install. 


    Please be mindful of the 3% American Express card fee that applies when your job is paid with an American Express Card.
